We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund and/or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

All pieces must be returned (original towel, weight bags, and cotton tote bag).

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. However, sale items can be exchanged. Please contact us for more information.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Tidebreak Towels do not provide refunds for change of mind or faults to the product made by the customer.

We require customers to send returns via Australia Post with a tracking number. Once the returns are sent and a tracking number is provided to us, your refund will be issued to you. If you have further concerns about the nature of your refund, please reach out to us: hello@weightedbeachtowel.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you are displeased with the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to hello@weightedbeachtowel.com and we will communicate your next steps.

If the product is damaged or defective we will provide you with a full refund and we will pay for your return shipping if you reside in Australia. International customers will have to pay for their own return shipping. However, we will send a replacement free of shipping charges.

Please note, if you are displeased with the product we will provide you with a full refund. However, you must pay your own return shipping with a tracking number.
