All orders placed are picked, packed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. We are a small Australian business and really appreciate your support.

AUSTRALIA | COSTS & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
All Australian orders to are shipped via Australia Post at the minimum standard flat rate shipping price (a small parcel is $9.30. If you purchase two or more towels, the shipping price remains the same). Standard Delivery estimated time frame within Australia is 3-5 business days. Your order will also have a tracking number, so you will receive shipping updates from Australia Post.
Please understand that severe weather, bush fires, aircraft mechanical failures, high volume of orders during festive seasons and other such calamities may affect these delivery times.
INTERNATIONAL | COSTS & DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
All international orders are shipped based on weight and have a set shipping base price between $36 - $42 AUD. For more information regarding shipping prices to your region, please see the Australia Post shipping estimate webpage by clicking here.
INTERNATIONAL | CUSTOMS AND DUTY TAXES
We do our best to avoid customs and duties taxed on international orders. However, we do not take responsibility for any duties and taxes charged to delivery to your country of origin.
In the event that an international order attracts custom duties or taxes, please use an online calculator or refer to your government's website regarding duties and taxes.
COVID 19 | DELAYS
There are currently delays with National and International shipping due to Covid-19. The couriers are doing everything they can to get the parcel to you in a timely manner, however due to cancelled flights, large volumes of parcels, etc, this unfortunately is taking longer than the specified shipping time frame. Parcels are also waiting for an extended period of time with no scans or updates due to the sheer volume of parcels waiting to be processed.
The express time frame guarantee is currently suspended with Australia Post, but these parcels still take priority over standard shipping.
